Accommodation

What types of accommodation do you offer?
We have a great mix of clean, comfortable options:

• Nature View Cottages – 3-bedroom cottages with modern kitchen, bathroom, living area and deck. Perfect for families or groups.

• Superior Nature View Cottage – 2-bedroom cottage with extra comfort and privacy, featuring modern furnishings and amenities.

• Standard 2-Bed Cabins – Affordable cabins with kitchenette, ensuite, air-conditioning and TV. Ideal for couples or solo travellers.

• Standard Studio Pet-Friendly Cabins – Open-plan studio with double bed, kitchenette, ensuite, air-conditioning and TV. Bring your well-behaved pet!

Camping & Caravan Sites

What site types are available?
All our sites are grassed and surrounded by trees for shade and comfort.

• Ensuite Powered Sites – Private bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, plus power, water and sullage.

• Powered Sites – Grassed sites with power and water, suitable for caravans, motorhomes and camper trailers.

• Unpowered Sites – Peaceful, budget-friendly grass sites for tents and traditional camping.

Facilities

What facilities can guests use?

• Modern amenities with hot showers

• Camp kitchen with BBQs, fridges, stove, microwave and dining area

• Guest laundry

• Swimming pool, tennis/pickleball/volleyball courts and playground

• Dump point and sullage access

• Free guest Wi-Fi

(We don’t sell goods or supplies from the office, so please bring what you need.)

Check-In & Check-Out

When can I check in and out?

• Check-in: after 2:00 pm

• Check-out: by 10:00 am
  Please arrange late or early check-ins in advance. If arriving after 6 pm (summer) or 5 pm (winter), contact reception beforehand.

Booking & Cancellations

What are your booking and payment terms?

• Minimum 2 nights on weekends for cabins (longer in peak times)

• One-night deposit off-peak; 50% deposit in peak periods

• Full payment required for online bookings

• Prices reviewed annually in August, effective from 1 September

What’s your cancellation policy?

• Off-Peak: cancel 8+ days before arrival for refund (minus fee) or full credit valid 24 months

• Peak: 29+ days notice for partial refund or credit; 28 days or less – no refund unless re-booked

• No refunds for early departures

Pets

Are pets allowed?
Yes!

• Pets welcome on camp sites and in two pet-friendly studio cabins only

• $30 pet fee for cabin guests (no fee for camp sites)

• Pets must stay on a lead and be supervised at all times

• No pets in amenities, kitchens, BBQ areas, playground or pool

• Off-leash dog area available

• Constant barking not tolerated

Park Rules

What should I know before I arrive?

• Quiet time from 10 pm

• One vehicle per site (extra vehicles in visitor parking)

• One accommodation type per site (tent or caravan)

• No fires at any time

• Washing vehicles allowed – $5 fee

• Management may evict guests for anti-social behaviour or damage (no refunds)

Housekeeping

What’s included?

• Cabins and cottages include linen, towels and basic toiletries

• Ensuite sites do not include linen or toiletries

• No-smoking inside any accommodation

• Credit card imprint may be taken for damage or cleaning bond

• We’re at 48 Field Street, McLaren Vale SA 5171 – just a short walk to town, minutes from Willunga, and close to the Shiraz Trail, beaches and cellar doors.

• Only 40 minutes south of Adelaide!
